ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting which injured nine people last week in Asheville.
The Asheville Police Department said detectives have charged 19-year-old Calobe Leo Workman in connection with a March 8 shooting on North Lexington Street in Asheville.

Workman has been charged with discharging a firearm from an enclosure to insight fear. He is described as a 6’3 black male with black hair and brown eyes.
Police said Workman is considered armed and dangerous. If anyone sees him they are urged not to approach him but to call 911 immediately.
