Farmers and crews are bracing for a drastic weather change as a cold front moves into the region.
“It’s been a good spring so far, holding the fruit back, but this is a pretty drastic drop, and none of us know what’s going to happen. There’s nothing we can do to protect the flower that’s coming. They’re still tight, so they should be ok,” said Jason Edney, the Owner of Edney Farms and Piney Mountain Orchards.
