Angel Blanding has been charged for damaging two Asheville Police Department vehicles after firing a gun at the Buncombe County jail’s sally port, an outside contained area where detainees are moved from transport to intake.
The incident occurred just before 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. No one was hurt.
