ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Drivers in Asheville are paying noticeably more at the pump after another week of sharp increases, with average gasoline prices climbing 20 cents per gallon over the past week.
Gasoline in the Asheville metro area is averaging $3.60 per gallon as of Monday afternoon, March 23, according to GasBuddy’s fuel insights. That is 20 cents per gallon higher than last week’s average and nearly 91 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
