ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A western North Carolina woman will spend at least three years in state prison after being convicted of abducting and abusing a child.
According to the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office, Nancy Grace Justice, 29, of East Flat Rock, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of abduction of children.
