After Hendersonville City Council rejected a conditional zoning request for a Hendersonville housing complex, the developer has sued the City.
Delaware-based Advenir Azora Development, LLC maintains that the City does not have the authority to reject the project, instead claiming in the complaint that “the power to zone is the power of the State.”
