HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The developer of a stalled luxury condominium apartment project in downtown Hendersonville, called Fairmont Heritage Place The Cedars, is facing a lien totaling nearly $7 million.
Court records show that Turner Construction, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, filed the lien on March 6 against the developer Gregg Covin and his company.
