Former Buncombe County pretrial employee indicted on 2 felony obstruction counts

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A grand jury has indicted a former Buncombe County pretrial services employee on felony charges.

The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation said Rasnelly Vargas, who previously worked as a pretrial services coordinator, is facing two counts of obstruction of justice.
