HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A woodworking class from North Henderson High School was awarded first place and a $400 prize in the inaugural “Pawrade of Homes.”
The “Pawrade of Homes” is part of a workforce development initiative put on by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
As part of the program, local high school students were tasked with designing and building a doghouse.
