FLAT ROCK, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office reports two people have been arrested after an 18-year-old was killed in a shooting at a park on Monday.
Deputies said Izabella Gamez was found after 11:26 p.m. at Dana Park in Flat Rock with a gunshot wound. She later died from her injuries.
An investigation led to the identification and arrest of 19-year-old Leron Monteith and 18-year-old Sheilah Tong, according to deputies.
Monteith is facing a charge of first degree murder and Tong a charge of accessory after the fact…
