Most of Western North Carolina is under a frost advisory from midnight Saturday, May 2, until 9 a.m. Sunday, May 3.
Avery County is under a freeze warning from midnight until 9 a.m. Sunday.
The McDowell County Emergency Management adds that frost could harm sensitive outdoor plants. So, either cover tender plants or bring them indoors…
