HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in finding a 19-year-old man.
Victor Hugo Romero Chipol was last seen leaving his Hendersonville home on April 18, according to an HCSO Facebook post.
