HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – A man accused of shooting at someone in the parking lot of a McDonald’s in Hendersonville will spend at least four years in state prison.
According to the district attorney’s office for Henderson, Polk, and Transylvania Counties, 35-year-old Julian Reshawn Suber, of Asheville, pleaded guilty on Friday to assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and discharging a weapon into occupied property.
A judge sentenced Suber to a combined 52 – 88 months in state prison…
