ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Asheville got a larger-than-life visitor on Thursday, May 7, as the iconic Oscar Mayer Wienermobile — a giant hot dog on wheels — made a stop in town.
The Wienermobile was parked in front of the Walmart on Airport Road, where Oscar Mayer employees, known as “hotdoggers,” passed out wiener whistles. Shoppers also had the chance to poke their heads inside the vehicle.
