Asheville man receives nearly 8 years for drug trafficking

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) — An Asheville man pleaded guilty Monday morning in Buncombe County Superior Court to drug trafficking and possession charges.

Judge Louis Trosch sentenced 45-year-old Bobby Jay Holmes to an active term of 70 to 93 months in the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction.
