Four women have been charged with cruelty to animals following the death of two dogs at Inner Knowing Canine Connections, a boarding and training kennel in Swannanoa.
Diana Hope Hall, Brianne Michelle Hunt, Tiffany Dawn Jourdain and Lillian Nichole Sparks have all been charged with various counts related to animal cruelty. Jourdain and Sparks were held under $25,000 bonds, while Hall and Hunt received bonds of $5,000 each.
