Candler resident Zamar Vaequan Scott, 23, was arrested for armed robbery of Taylor Car Wash on 1303 Smokey Park Highway.
Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the robbery at 4:39 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6. They later obtained arrest and search warrants for Scott and a residence at 305 Ridge St., Candler.
