‘My heart breaks’: Owner seeks justice after 2 huskies starved, died at Swannanoa kennel

SWANNANOA, N.C. (WLOS) — It’s been one month since two dogs were starved to death at a boarding and training kennel in Swannanoa, according to investigators. Four employees face felony charges in the death of the dogs.
