ATLANTA — The city of Atlanta has quietly gotten much closer to building a new hospital on the city’s south side. This comes after two hospitals closed in recent years, creating what many described as a hardship for the city’s lower-income residents.
Though the city isn’t announcing anything yet, details of the new hospital have been dribbling out of City Hall.
