ATLANTA — Two men are being praised for their quick actions after helping rescue a driver trapped beneath an overturned truck following a crash near Cascade Road early Thursday morning.
Mikeal Collins and Joshua Moses said they were leaving Cascade Skating Rink when they heard what sounded like a train coming off the highway about an hour later. They said they watched a truck overturn across the street, pinning the driver underneath.
