GEORGIA — A Cobb County man is facing multiple charges after police say he crashed his vehicle, fled from officers and continued driving while huffing a can of electronic duster spray.
According to an arrest warrant, Bradley Carter was involved in a crash in Marietta on May 21 shortly after 11 a.m. Authorities say Carter struck a vehicle in front of him while driving a Ford F-150.
