Overnight rains knock out power, down trees across metro Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A night of scattered storms left trees down and hundreds without power Tuesday morning in metro Atlanta.

Downed trees were reported in Atlanta, Sandy Springs and areas in DeKalb County due to the storm system that rolled into the area the day before.
