Brenton Deonte Nelson, 34, of Atlanta, is accused of performing a sex act in public on June 7 at 3:45 a.m. at the Atlanta Beauty Depot, 2388 Cobb Parkway, Smyrna, according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.
Nelson had his pants down below the waist line as police instructed him to stand up. He also had a cylindrical crack pipe burnt on one side of his body, according to the warrant.
Nelson is charged with possession and use of drug related object – misdemeanor; and public indecency. He was arrested on June 7 at 5:02 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
