ATLANTA — A man was struck by a MARTA train Saturday morning near a downtown Atlanta station, prompting service disruptions, according to the MARTA Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:43 a.m. when an officer riding aboard a train was notified by the train operator that a man was on the tracks.
