$5,000 reward offered as authorities search for Floyd County murder suspect

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a Floyd County murder suspect.

Treveonsay Tre’jion Burge, 23, is accused of shooting and killing 18-year-old Adam Hernandez in Rome in October 2025. He faces charges of murder, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.

Rome police, Floyd County deputies and the U.S. Marshals Service Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force are involved in the search.
