ATLANTA — The holiday weekend ahead is brimming with reasons to get outside.
Drumlines and dance troupes will wind through Sweet Auburn toward Piedmont Park on Saturday morning, the same park where tens of thousands will gather for free music and community on both Friday and Saturday. Meanwhile, big screens glow at Centennial Olympic Park, in Decatur Square and along the Beltline’s Southside Trail — all broadcasting the world’s biggest sporting event to anyone who shows up.
Whether you’re honoring freedom, cheering on a favorite team, browsing handmade art in the Old Fourth Ward or simply sipping something cold on a rooftop Downtown, there is a place for you this weekend.
