ATLANTA, GA – Heritage Supper Club, the latest concept from Bellevue Hospitality, is in the works at: 63 Georgia Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. Co-owner and executive chef Demetrius Brown shared the details with Business Debut.
What to Expect
Initially a pop-up concept from Brown, Heritage Supper Club served a multi-course tasting menu centered on Caribbean cuisine. Now, the brand has expanded its scope to cover a wide range of cuisines across the African diaspora.
Guests will enjoy a seven-to-ten course tasting menu that will end in an ice cream dessert bar, Brown said. Additionally, Heritage Supper Club will have a bar section serving cocktails and an a la cart menu.
Brown described Waakye, a West African stew with braised oxtail and beef cheek and hearty greens including kale and collards. On the sweeter side, they will serve a Trinidadian fruit cake containing cassava, dried fruit, and rum, served with curry ice cream.
Reservations Encouraged
Brown shared that guests are encouraged to reserve a time to come and dine, but they will not be required. The bar and a la carte menu will be available to guests on a walk in basis as well.
Opening Timeline
Brown expects Heritage Supper Club to open in August. He estimates that they will have 60 seats across their dining room and bar…
