ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Criminal charges will not be filed in the case against an Atlanta police officer who is accused of shooting and killing 38-year-old Devon Anderson outside a South Fulton bar while off duty in 2024.
Anderson’s mother has been fighting to get justice for her son since his death. The news of no criminal charges is heartbreaking for her to hear, but she said she is not giving up on justice and answers for her son.
