ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — On Terrell Mill Road in Cobb County, the health department uncovered critical violations at a restaurant serving Indian cuisine.
Vatica Indian Cuisine in Marietta failed with 57 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says an employee failed to wash their hands after touching dirty dishes. It says there was food debris on floors, walls and ceiling fixtures in the kitchen, and roaches were crawling on floors, behind the freezer and on the prep table.
The chef told us there was no manager at the restaurant during our visit. He tracked down his son, the manager, and got him on the phone to answer our questions…
