Heavy rains and possible flash flooding is headed for Atlanta and North Georgia this week, but only some of it is thanks to a tropical storm along the Gulf Coast.
Tropical Storm Bertha was located off the coast of Pascagoula, Mississippi, as of 8 a.m., ET, Wednesday, making its way slowly from Florida to coastal Louisiana, according to the National Hurricane Center.
