ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — DeKalb County police said a traffic stop ended in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon.
The crash happened at the intersection of Covington Highway and Panola Road in Stonecrest shortly after 1:20 p.m. Police said two adults at the scene were treated for minor injuries, but there were no serious injuries in the multi-car pileup. Linda Copeland was at a shopping in the area during the incident and witnessed the crash.
“I just saw a lot of smoke and when I saw the smoke I just came over here where I could get into here and park right here and go see if they are okay and it was five or six cars piled up,” Copeland said…
