The incident unfolded on a Wednesday afternoon when a local resident, Maria Stewart, was driving down Osborne Road. According to a broadcast by FOX 5 Atlanta, Stewart was traveling directly behind the suspect, identified by police as 25-year-old Valentina Tabone Hanau.
