DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Police in DeKalb County are asking for help locating a missing elderly woman.
According to police, Joanne Howell, 70, was last seen Friday in the 3600 block of Satellite Terrace in Ellenwood.
Howell stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 134 pounds.
