ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — North Georgia law enforcement and legal officials are once again asking potential victims to come forward as they continue investigating an accused serial rapist.
On Wednesday morning, Paulding County District Attorney Robert Lane said another case against Bobby Lee Hart Jr. has been opened in his jurisdiction. In 2012, Hart allegedly offered a woman a ride and assaulted her at a storage facility unit in Hiram.
