A teen is facing a murder charge after a man was found dead inside a Sandy Springs apartment, police said.
Sandy Springs police said officers were called to The Celebration at Sandy Springs Apartments on Roswell Road around 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 after family members requested a welfare check.
