A repeat car break-in suspect is back behind bars after Atlanta police say he committed the same crime again.
On July 27, Atlanta officers responded to a call about a possible theft from a truck on Penelope Road NW. Investigators reviewed surveillance video from the scene and recognized both the suspect and the car involved.
