Woman who ran over the mother of her ex’s new lover with a rental car and then brought it back to the shop as if nothing happened is sentenced

A woman in Georgia is unlikely to see the outside of prison walls for using a rental car to smash into the mother of her ex-boyfriend’s new lover in front of the victim’s family.

Talisha Moore-Real, 35, was sentenced on Tuesday to life in prison plus 10 years, with the possibility of parole, the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office announced.

She was found guilty last month of malice murder and felony murder in the death of 53-year-old LaQuita Baker, as well as three counts of aggravated assault and first-degree cruelty to children in connection with the incident…
