The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said an inmate trustee walked off the job Thursday and got into a woman’s car. But now he’s back in the county’s custody.
Isaac Kindle, 21, was taken into custody in the area of Barrett Parkway and Macedonia Road in Powder Springs this afternoon, Powder Springs police reported.
Kindle left the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office car wash, his job assignment, at around 9:30 a.m. in a sedan driven by a woman.

She was stopped in Cobb County earlier in the day, but Kindle was not longer in the vehicle, the sheriff’s office said…
