Notoriously hot summer days in Georgia from May to August are creeping into September, thanks to a huge heat wave in the middle of the country that is affecting millions of people. And experts say climate change is the cause.
This week, most of Georgia has been much hotter than normal, staying in the mid-to-high 90s, creating major extreme heat conditions when normally temperatures would begin to cool down.
