ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — An apartment tenant said his unit was mistakenly cleared out and his belongings were thrown into a dumpster by his apartment complex.
Brice Williams said he left for work Monday with his rent paid and his apartment intact. When he returned during a break, he said, the unit was empty.
