6 kids rescued from ‘filthy’ home, parents arrested

Six children were removed from a home near Norcross that Gwinnett County police say was unsanitary, and both parents are charged.

Officers went to a house on Sweet Pine Drive on Sept. 1 after a caller reported the conditions inside. Carlos Calixto Crispin and Wicapi Rose Eder each face a misdemeanor charge of reckless conduct.
