Tyrone Bachman, 50, of Marietta, is accused of firing his handgun at a man while that man was driving away from a residence at 646 Shannon Drive in Marietta on Aug. 27 at 10:36 p.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
A 9mm shell casing was recovered in the driveway of Bachman’s residence, according to the warrant.
Bachman is charged with aggravated assault weapon; and possession of firearm during the commission of a crime. He was arrested on Aug. 28 at 2:45 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
