A 20-year-old man is recovering after he was shot during what Atlanta police say began as a road-rage incident early Saturday morning.
Officers were called to Jesse Hill Jr. Drive SE around 3:25 a.m. after reports of a person shot.
Police said the victim was a passenger in a vehicle that was hit by gunfire. Officers found him suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
