Marietta, Smyrna and the Cobb County Board of Commissioners have issued proclamations recognizing Sept. 17-23 as Constitution Week, ahead of a public Constitution Day celebration on Marietta Square.
Members of the Fielding Lewis Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution received the proclamations as part of the chapter’s annual efforts to promote awareness and understanding of the U.S. Constitution.
