Gregory Hardeman, 69, listed as transient in Marietta, is accused of taking a wooden stick and striking a man multiple times on Aug. 22 at 7 p.m. at the intersection of Cobb Parkway N. and the Canton Road Connector in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.
Hardeman struck the victim with the stick in the head, back and legs, which resulted in injuries severe enough for him to be transported to Kennestone Hospital, according to the warrant.
Hardeman is charged with aggravated assault weapon. He was arrested on Aug. 22 at 7:20 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
