Atlanta police arrested 32-year-old Demarcus Williams on Sept. 3 after an officer saw a drug transaction on Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW.
Williams, a convicted felon, was served with outstanding arrest warrants, including charges linked to a previous robbery at the location where he was arrested.
