ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Thousands of Georgians are eligible for money back or debt relief under a $694 million settlement with an auto financing company over subprime loans.
Georgia joined 40 other states in the settlement with Credit Acceptance Corporation (CAC), according to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr’s office.
