Four people involved in a crime ring targeting retailers in metro Atlanta are being indicted for charges of racketeering and theft.
Roshella Kevon Moore, Shaterria Breasia Harris, Rickella Dreanna Moore and Shaniqua Nichelle Gates are charged for stealing over $23,000 worth of items from various stores from Feb. 2024 to July this year. They targeted retailers such as Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx, Macy’s and JCPenney in Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fayette and Fulton counties.
