A Cobb County grand jury indicted four people accused of stealing more than $23,000 in merchandise from Ulta Beauty, TJ Maxx, Macy’s and JCPenney stores across north Georgia.
Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr announced the indictment on Thursday. The suspects have been identified as Roshella Moore, 33, Shaterria Harris, 26, Rickella Moore, 33, and Shaniqua Gates, 34, all of LaGrange.
The group allegedly worked together from Feb. 2024 to July 2026 to repeatedly steal perfume, cologne, clothing and other items from stores in Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Fayette, Fulton and Muscogee counties…
