A 43-year-old man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Georgia three years ago was taken into custody in Jacksonville on Friday afternoon, authorities said.
Members of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office SWAT team arrested Jonathan Soto at an apartment complex on Gate Parkway North after receiving assistance from the Atlanta Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.
